Nexus™ Hitch System

At the heart of Omnia 22 is the Nexus™ Hitch System, allowing complete cutting or cultivation heads to be detached and reattached without the heavy lifting associated with traditional cassette systems.

Head changes are quick and intuitive. The operator simply unplugs the drive motor, releases the hitch and deploys the integrated stand using a foot. The head can then be re-hitched, plugged in and ready to work in moments, with no tools required and no disturbance to previously set working heights or depths.

Once connected, Auto-ID technology automatically identifies the fitted head, instantly updating clip rates and individual hour meters.

The system uses precision-located pins and profiled catch plates, manufactured from high-carbon, heat-treated steel for exceptional wear resistance. These components are critical to maintaining height-of-cut accuracy, fully replaceable for long-term precision, and standardised across every Omnia drive unit and attachment.

No lifting. No tools. No compromise on accuracy.

10 Blade & Groomer, Designed For Low Height-Of-Cut Precision

Omnia 22 is engineered specifically for low height of cut mowing, where surface quality, consistency and presentation are paramount. Every element of the machine has been designed to maintain stability, accuracy and smooth turf interaction at extremely fine cutting heights.

Paired with the 10 blade cylinder and groomer cutting head, the machine is capable of mowing down to 2.4 mm, making it ideal for the most demanding fine turf applications such as cricket squares, bowling greens and ornamental lawns. The high blade count increases cuts per metre, producing a cleaner, sharper finish and reducing stress on the plant at ultra low heights.

In these environments:

• Accuracy is critical to maintain an even, true playing surface
• Repeatability is essential to ensure consistent ball roll and presentation
• Operator control must be effortless to avoid scalping or surface disturbance

Omnia 22 delivers all three.

Tool-less Height-Of-Cut & Groomer Adjustment

A key advantage of the Omnia platform is that both the height of cut and the groomer can be adjusted without tools. This allows operators to make quick, precise changes on the go, saving time and keeping workflow uninterrupted.

Tool-free height of cut adjustment means levels can be fine tuned in seconds to suit conditions or event requirements, improving accuracy and consistency across multiple areas. Likewise, the turf rake can be easily adjusted to suit turf density, helping lift the plant before cutting for a cleaner finish, or eased back during lighter growth to minimise surface contact.

Benefits include:
• Faster setup and mid-job adjustments
• Reduced downtime
• Greater consistency across surfaces
• Easy adaptation to changing turf conditions

Heavy-Duty 8-Blade Buffalo Cylinder with Smooth Front Roller for Large Grass Volume

The 8 blade cylinder with a smooth front roller is a professional specification designed for versatility across a broader height of cut range, from 10 mm to 50 mm. It delivers a clean, consistent cut suited to sports turf and high quality amenity areas maintained above ultra-low match conditions.

With fewer blades than a 10 blade setup, the cylinder is better suited to slightly longer or denser turf, allowing strong clipping removal and dependable performance during peak growth. It offers an excellent balance between presentation and durability across varied professional environments.

The smooth front roller enhances overall surface uniformity, gliding evenly across the turf to produce a refined finish and strong stripe clarity without excessive surface engagement.

  • Scarifier Head

Designed for deeper renovation, the Scarifier Head penetrates through the thatch layer to remove organic build-up. This improves surface drainage, encourages stronger root development and restores overall turf performance.

  • Verticutter Head

The Verticutter Head refines the playing surface by controlling lateral growth and light thatch. Ideal for routine surface management, it promotes tighter, denser turf and improved ball roll consistency.

  • Turf Rake Head

Designed to remove organic matter and debris with minimal surface disturbance, the Turf Rake head is ideal for hybrid pitches and algae control. Adjustable depth, forward speed and rotation ensure consistent, precise results in all conditions.

  • Sorrell Roller Head

The Sorrel Roller Head introduces thousands of fine surface holes to enhance drainage and gas exchange. It improves soil oxygenation with minimal surface disruption, making it suitable for in-season aeration.

  • Hollow Tine Aerator Head

The aeration system accepts 3/8” (10 mm) shank hollow, solid, needle and shatter tines, delivering up to 50 mm penetration. Suitable for aggressive aeration and in-season maintenance, it improves soil structure while minimising surface disruption.

  • Brush Head

The Brush Head lifts lateral growth and debris before cutting, improving cut quality and cleanliness. It encourages upright growth and helps present a more uniform surface.

Direct-Drive System . No Belts. No Chains. Less Maintenance.

Omnia 22 features a direct-drive rear roller system that delivers smooth, consistent traction across a wide speed range while maintaining quiet, controlled operation. Power is transferred directly to the rear roller drive motors, providing responsive handling and effortless turning without the inefficiencies of traditional mechanical systems.

By eliminating chains and belts entirely, routine adjustments, tensioning and replacement parts are removed from the maintenance schedule. There are no chain stretch issues, no belt wear, and no ongoing lubrication requirements associated with conventional drive systems.

The result is reduced servicing time, lower long-term maintenance costs, and greater day-to-day reliability. It is a cleaner, more efficient drive architecture designed to keep the machine working and the focus firmly on turf presentation.

Swappable Commercial Battery

At the heart of the Omnia 22 is the Vanguard® 48V 1.5 kWh Commercial Lithium-Ion battery, built to deliver reliable, consistent power for professional use. On a single discharge, it can cover up to four bowling greens, giving grounds teams the runtime needed to get through demanding schedules with confidence.

Each battery is backed by a market-leading eight-year warranty, providing long-term reassurance and strong value over the life of the machine.

Operator Focused Controls & Feedback

  • Real-Time Display & Control System

A 3.5-inch colour display provides real-time operating feedback, including forward and reverse speed, blade speed, clip rate, and power draw diagnostics.

    This operator-focused interface:

    • Improves consistency across multiple machines
    • Reduces guesswork during setup and operation
    • Simplifies clip-rate matching when mowing as a team
    • Reduces operator fatigue during long mowing sessions

Intuitive hand controls and clear on-screen prompts deliver confident, efficient operation, particularly in stadium and professional turf environments.

  • Smart Steering Assist™ – Effortless Precision & Control

Using the bale bars, the operator can initiate assisted steering. The system intelligently controls the dual rear roller drive motors, helping the machine turn without excessive physical effort.

    This assisted steering:

    • Reduces force required to initiate turns
    • Improves control and responsiveness
    • Makes manoeuvring quicker and more intuitive
    • Significantly reduces operator fatigue over long periods

Smart Steering Assist allows Omnia 22 to combine wide-area productivity with precise, confident handling, delivering effortless precision and control where it matters most.

Optional Backlapping Kit

Choose to add the plug-in Backlapping Kit to simplify routine cylinder maintenance. The cabled safety controller delivers reverse rotation of the cutting cylinder at approximately 20 percent operating speed, providing a controlled and consistent backlapping process.

Running the cylinder in reverse allows a fine abrasive compound to restore a crisp cutting edge across the full blade width, keeping the cylinder and bottom blade correctly matched between grinding services and reducing downtime.

Maintaining sharp cutting edges improves cut quality and reduces drag on the system. With less resistance through the turf, the machine operates more quietly and efficiently, helping to maximise battery range. A sharper cylinder produces a clean shearing action rather than tearing the leaf, supporting healthier plant recovery and a superior finish.
